What you will be doing :

  • Prepare monthly management accounts and client reports
  • Manage billing tenant adjustments accruals and financial data accuracy
  • Review and release authorised payments
  • Lead and support finance team members
  • Assist with acquisitions disposals and due diligence processes
  • Prepare budgets forecasts tax calculations and annual financial statements
  • Manage auditor relationships and oversee audit processes
  • Compile board risk and compliance committee packs
  • Oversee supplier contract renewals and procurement sign-offs
  • Ensure compliance with financial policies VAT submissions and SARS requirements

    • What we are looking for :

  • Recently qualified CA(SA) (first-time board exam passes preferred)
  • Strong academic record and proven practical work experience
  • Highly organised detail-oriented reliable and adaptable
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to manage a team
  • Experience with MDA Property Manager advantageous
