Location : Hermanus, Overberg, Western Cape

What were looking for :

• 35 years of experience as a chef, ideally in a fine dining or boutique hospitality environment.
• A warm, outgoing personality, someone who genuinely enjoys engaging with people.
• A creative flair for presentation and an eye for detail.
• Willingness to assist with guest hosting and check-ins.
• Basic social media or marketing experience would be an advantage.
