What You’ll Do

  • Be the guardian of mission-critical networks, stepping in when others can’t.
  • Own and resolve escalations across SD-WAN technologies (Meraki, VeloCloud, Viptela) and converged infrastructure : IP networking, WAN, Telco issues, routing, firewalls, DNS, MPLS, QoS.
  • Make the call, take control, and restore stability when the stakes are highest.
  • Collaborate across teams and vendors — commanding trust at every level.
  • Carry the weight of 24 / 7 mission readiness because downtime isn’t an option.

    • What You Bring

  • 3–5 years’ hands-on experience with SD-WAN products (Meraki, VeloCloud, Viptela).
  • Solid background in IP routing & switching within complex service provider environments.
  • A relevant IT diploma / degree OR CCNA + CCNP (Cisco certified, verified).
  • SD-WAN certifications (essential).
  • Fault management mastery — you don’t just follow processes, you own outcomes.
