Job descriptionHR screening and selecting of potential candidates and applicants Manage and maintain all communication with recruitment agencies Set up all interviews with the relevant managers Ensure all required documentation and signatures accompany a recruitment approval form and follow up where documentation is outstanding Maintain LinkedIn recruiter job posts Update checklists related to recruitment Setup relevant tests for screening process Ensure new employee process is managed Ensure welcome emails are sent out for new staff Ensure EE goals in accordance with the EE plan Load new employees on payroll on a monthly basis Update job descriptions Schedule and facilitate inductions Submission of medical aid forms Manage new employee liberty forms
