Were looking for a hands-on Assistant Restaurant Manager to help run our restaurant smoothly support events and conferences and keep things running like clockwork. Duties

• Assist the Restaurant Manager with daily restaurant operations events and conferences.
• Supervise front-of-house staff including bar staff waiters runners and cleaners.
• Handle complaints schedule changes kitchen issues and stock problems calmly.
• Oversee food and beverage operations across the estate as a proactive team player.
• Manage multiple tasks during peak times delegate effectively and keep things efficient.
• Train new staff and provide ongoing training to meet and exceed company standards.
• Deliver excellent customer service interact with guests professionally and resolve issues politely.
• Coordinate with the team to hit sales targets boost customer satisfaction and follow procedures.

Requirements

• Previous experience in an assistant managerial role (wed consider sommeliers too).
• Strong leadership motivation and people skills.
• Hands-on hardworking attitude with the ability to multitask and stay level-headed.
• Passion for hospitality well-presented and service-oriented.
