About The Role

We are seeking a Business Systems Analyst to join our dynamic team. This role involves analysing, designing, and implementing systems to optimise business processes and support organisational goals. You will work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, configure ERP solutions, and ensure seamless system integration.

Qualifications And Experience

Minimum 5 years; Preferably 7 years experience in delivering software project and products.

Undergraduate degree in Information Technology (Honours in IT with a Business Informatics background preferred).

Key Technical Skills

• Advanced knowledge of IM Systems and problem resolution
• Ability to analyze business requirements and provide innovative solutions
• Strong experience in ERP configuration and integration
• Proficiency in project management principles
• Experience with industry frameworks like ITIL, COBIT, and security standards
• Ability to manage vendors and ensure high service availability
