Job Description:

We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated individual to join our team in 2026. As a Sales Consultant, you will be the voice of our company, helping customers with their inquiries and providing information about our products and services. Key Responsibilities:

Handle outbound calls professionally and courteously

Objection handle

Provide accurate information about products and services

Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction

Achieve individual and team performance targets

Participate in ongoing training and development programs

Qualifications:

Minimum 2 years of experience in a call centre environment

Matric or equivalent

Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written)

Strong problem-solving abilities

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Basic computer skills

Previous call centre or customer service experience is a plus but not required

Positive attitude and a willingness to learn
