Job descriptionBuild strong local knowledge of neighborhoods, property values, and market activity. Represent the agent / agency professionally at community events and networking opportunities. Develop positive relationships with potential clients to establish trust and credibility. Distribute marketing materials such as brochures, business cards, and promotional flyers. Assist with local campaigns (e.g., show days, open houses, community promotions). Provide feedback to the agent on market activity, competitor presence, and canvassing results. Maintain accurate records of leads, conversations, and outcomes. Report weekly on canvassing activity, lead generation, and follow-ups. Coordinate with the real estate administrator / agent to ensure leads are properly nurtured. Previous experience in canvassing, sales, or customer-facing roles (preferred but not essential). Strong communication and interpersonal skills. High energy, self‑motivated, and confident with people. Professional appearance and demeanor. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. Basic knowledge of real estate is an advantage (training provided). Valid driver's license and reliable transport (preferred). Temp to perm Contract length : 3 months Work Location : Remote Pay : From R,00 per month
Key Responsibilities
Lead Generation
- Canvass designated neighborhoods and communities to identify property owners interested in selling.
- Conduct door-to-door outreach, distribute flyers, and promote listings in targeted areas.
- Cold call homeowners and landlords to generate new business opportunities.
- Collect and record property and homeowner information for follow-up.
