The Role : Contract Specialist

This role is central to ensuring the smooth execution of construction and utility projects by owning the full contract lifecycle. You'll be drafting, negotiating, and managing contracts across a range of stakeholders from clients to subcontractors while ensuring compliance with legal standards, internal policies, and industry regulations. Your work will directly support project delivery and risk mitigation.

Key Responsibilities

• Minimum 3 years of experience in contract management, ideally within construction or utility services
• Draft, review, and negotiate service agreements, subcontracts, vendor contracts, and NDAs
• Monitor compliance with US regulations (including prevailing wage / labour laws) and mitigate risk
• Manage contract modifications, renewals, extensions, and terminations
• Maintain a centralised, well-organised contract database
• Track key milestones and ensure obligations are met on time
• Support internal and external audits with timely and accurate documentation
• Liaise with Ops, Finance, and HR teams to ensure contractual alignment
• Respond to and resolve contract-related issues professionally and efficiently
• Develop internal templates and improve contract workflows
