Sectional Title Property Portfolio Manager - Jhb North Job Summary A well-established Property Management Company operating in Jhb North is on the lookout for a Property Portfolio Manager. The experienced individual will be responsible to manage a diverse portfolio of properties (+- 15 commercial and residential properties, averaging 500-600 units). To be based in office, Mon - Fri from 08h00 to 16h30. Requirements: Sectional title property management experience is a must Must have own reliable transport (not negotiable) Good knowledge of the STSM and CSOS Act Experience in compiling Residential and/or Commercial Body Corporate Budgets Experience in typing of minutes of trustee meetings, AGM, SGM meetings Fluent in English and able to communicate in a professional manner Must be available to work in the evenings to attend trustee meetings, AGM’s and/or SGM’s when required. Duties: Pro-active property management Administration of Property Requirement Customer care and service Credit Control Building Data Base Insurance Budgeting AGM/SGM Meetings Trustee Meetings Please note only candidates with the required experience will be contacted and considered.
