About Us :

We are searching for a Remote Recruitment Assistant to join our international cleaning company. In this role, you will support the recruitment process from start to finish, ensuring efficient communication, accurate data, and successful onboarding.

Key Responsibilities :

Conduct short phone interviews
Maintain online candidate databases
Capture and update data in Excel
Manage recruitment emails and scheduling
Provide administrative support
Answer overflow calls and take messages

Requirements :

Good communication skills

Confident speaking over the phone

Strong computer literacy (Outlook, Excel, data entry)

Organised and dependable

Motivated and target-focused

Own computer / laptop and stable internet
