- Structure and finalize finance and insurance deals with customers, ensuring compliance with all legal and regulatory standards.
- Negotiate effectively with banks and financial institutions to secure the best deals for clients.
- Consistently achieve F&I sales targets while maintaining high customer satisfaction scores.
- Prepare, submit, and manage all relevant documentation and reporting in line with company and compliance requirements.
- Provide professional guidance and clear explanations of financial and insurance products to customers.
- Collaborate closely with the sales team to maximize dealership profitability.
Requirements :
Fully qualified F&I professional with 35 years proven experience as an F&I Manager in the motor industry ( VW brand experience advantageous ).Strong track record of achieving F&I targets and maintaining high compliance scores.Excellent sales and negotiation skills with financial institutions.Customer-focused approach with the ability to build trust and long-term relationships.Strong administrative, reporting, and organizational abilities.Proficiency in relevant dealership and F&I systems / software.Only candidates that meet the minimum requirements will be contacted
