The Role
As a Tech Resourcer, you'll play a key role in identifying, engaging, and qualifying candidates within niche technology markets — helping our consultants deliver exceptional recruitment solutions for our clients.
Responsibilities
- Sourcing and qualifying candidates across Europe using job boards, LinkedIn, and internal tools
- Conducting initial screening calls and interviews
- Building and maintaining talent pools for active and future roles
- Supporting consultants with market research and candidate shortlists
- Ensuring a high-quality candidate experience at every stage of the process
- Collaborating closely with our UK and Netherlands teams to fill technology vacancies efficiently
