Responsibilities
- Lead, coach and develop the Sales Associates to achieve all sales, customer service and operational targets.
- Create and execute an agile business plan to recruit and retain customers through strategic targeting, in-store events and exceptional customer relationship management.
- Provide leadership to a high-performing team and manage day-to-day store operations.
