HR Systems Business Lead

We’re seeking an experienced HR Systems Business Lead to champion the successful implementation of our new HRIS platform. This is a pivotal role for someone who thrives on collaboration, process optimisation, and driving change that enhances the employee experience.

About the Role

As the HR Systems Business Lead, you’ll :

• Act as the bridge between technical teams and the business, translating project jargon into clear, actionable steps.
• Drive requirements gathering, process alignment, and adoption of the new HR system.
• Partner with People & Performance, Technology, Finance, and operational leaders to ensure the platform delivers long‑term value.
• Oversee data governance, UAT testing, and go‑live activities, ensuring smooth implementation and transition to business‑as‑usual.
• Champion continuous improvement post‑implementation, measuring outcomes and user satisfaction.
