Summary

Do you have experience selling complex B2B SaaS solutions to senior stakeholders in investment or asset management? If YES, this role could be a perfect fit! You’ll drive enterprise sales, shape tailored client solutions and work closely with a technical team.

Position Info : Overview

This role is ideal for a consultative sales professional confident in engaging with senior decision-makers and shaping tailored client solutions for an innovative software business. The company delivers intelligent, automated tools for asset managers, with a platform that centralizes, automates and transforms reporting and investment processes, enabling clients to make efficient, data-driven decisions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and engage with decision-makers at investment and asset management firms.
  • Build trust quickly through discovery calls and relationship-building.
  • Understand client data and reporting challenges, matching them with the platform’s capabilities.
  • Collaborate with the implementation team to shape and present tailored solutions.
  • Manage long-lead enterprise opportunities and shorter sales cycles.
  • Maintain and grow your sales pipeline using CRM and structured sales processes.
  • Facilitate smooth handovers to implementation teams by communicating requirements, challenges and expectations.
  • Provide internal feedback on competitors, threats and opportunities.
  • Run proofs of value / PoCs and navigate enterprise procurement processes.

Non-Negotiable Requirements

  • Proven experience selling complex, consultative B2B SaaS solutions.
  • Experience engaging senior stakeholders (CIOs, CTOs, Heads of Data).
  • Background selling platform or solution-as-a-service products with custom logic, integrations or client workflows.
  • Strong discovery and solution-shaping skills.
  • Ability to understand and explain data-intensive products, integrations and reporting / analytics solutions.
  • Experience managing long sales cycles (3–12 months) and running PoCs / PoVs.
  • Familiarity with the investment or asset management market is a strong advantage.
  • If you don’t have experience with solution-as-a-service platforms, multi-stakeholder discovery, shaping client solutions and explaining data-intensive products or integrations, this role is not for you.
