About the Role :
We are seeking a People Operations Specialist to join our growing team. This is a unique opportunity to play a pivotal role in our company, focusing on both our internal culture and providing valuable HR expertise to our clients. Reporting to our Financial Manager, you will be responsible for a wide variety of tasks, from building strong internal relationships to advising other businesses on their people management strategies.
Your work will be a balance between two key areas : building a supportive and engaging workplace for our own employees and providing expert HR consultancy to our clients. We are looking for a proactive, people-focused professional who can apply a high level of care and detail to every aspect of this dual‑purpose role.
Key Responsibilities :
- Internal People Operations : Serve as the primary point of contact for all internal employee matters, focused on enhancing job satisfaction, strengthening our culture, and improving staff retention. You will manage our core HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, and payroll administration.
- External HR Consulting : Provide expert HR advice and consultation to our clients on a range of matters, including employee relations, policy development, and best practices for compliance. You will build strong relationships with clients by offering empathetic and expert guidance that helps them achieve their own staff satisfaction goals.
- Advisory & Development : Work with our managers to strengthen their leadership and communication skills, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment. You will be a trusted advisor, helping to guide sensitive conversations and ensure clear, respectful dialogue across the organisation.
Who We're Looking For :
You are an HR professional with a passion for creating a positive work environment.You have experience in an HR or People Operations role, with a strong focus on employee engagement. Experience in a client‑facing or consulting capacity is a bonus.You are a natural communicator with a high degree of empathy and emotional intelligence.You are organised, detail‑oriented, and able to manage a variety of priorities.You have a solid understanding of HR principles and labour law.#J-18808-Ljbffr
