Call Centre Agents (Debt Collection) Municipal & Government

Minimum Requirements :

• Grade 12 / Matric (a relevant certificate in Credit Management or Finance will be advantageous).
• Minimum 23 years'' experience in a debt collection environment , specifically dealing with government and municipal debtors.
• Proficient in Excalibur (Predictive dialler; Power dialler; Click and dial).o Must have working knowledge and experience in SAP (Solar, Moonsoft and Sage -Advantageous)
• Strong communication and negotiation skills (verbal and written).
• Computer literacy MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).

MUST HAVE debt collection experience government and municipal debtors.
