Job descriptionBachelors Degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering , or a related management field. At least 3+ years of experience in business and process analysis. Experience with digital marketing systems such as Referral Factory and Hubspot Marketing Hub . Strong knowledge of frameworks, methodologies, and software development processes. Experience working in cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities :
- Work closely with stakeholders to gather and translate business needs into functional specifications.
- Lead IT-related projects, develop project plans, track progress, and conduct pre- and post-project analyses.
- Deliver insightful reports and recommendations to senior management.
- Oversee change management processes, assess risks, and drive strategic improvements.
- Manage User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure that implemented solutions align with business needs.
- Analyse data, identify key patterns, and contribute to governance, technical, and strategic planning.
- Communicate technical concepts clearly across various teams and stakeholders.
- Ensure that business objectives align with technological solutions.
