Key Responsibilities / Duties- Oversee and manage the full financial function including accounting reporting budgeting and forecasting.
- Prepare accurate monthly quarterly and annual financial statements.
- Monitor cash flow financial risks and working capital.
- Develop implement and maintain financial policies procedures and internal controls.
- Lead and mentor the finance team to ensure efficiency and compliance.
- Coordinate audits and liaise with regulatory authorities auditors and banks.
- Provide financial analysis insights and recommendations to support business decisions.
- Assist with project-based financial management including billing profitability analysis and client reporting.
- Ensure compliance with IFRS tax laws and other statutory requirements.
Qualifications & Requirements- Bachelors degree in accounting Finance or related field (BCom Accounting/Finance).
- Professional qualification preferred.
- Minimum 58 years experience in financial management preferably in consulting professional services or corporate environments.
- Strong knowledge of financial reporting standards tax legislation and regulatory compliance.
- Advanced proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel.
- Excellent analytical problem-solving and leadership skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure meet deadlines and manage multiple priorities.
