We are looking for a focused and knowledgeable Delivery Consultant to join a dynamic UK-based recruitment team working predominantly with Irish clients in the Manufacturing, Pharma, and Life Sciences sectors. This is a candidate-focused role with no business development required – your core responsibility will be sourcing and delivering high-calibre professionals across a variety of roles, from junior-level to senior leadership positions.

You’ll be part of a high-performing, collaborative team where the business founders lead all client-facing and BD work, leaving you free to focus on what you do best – finding the right people for the right jobs.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Work closely with client job briefs to source, screen, and present top-tier candidates across Manufacturing, Pharma, and Life Sciences sectors.
  • Deliver end-to-end recruitment support across both permanent (70%) and contract (30%) roles.
  • Manage a broad range of job types, from technical junior roles to senior leadership hires.
  • Build and maintain candidate pipelines for high-demand roles in Ireland and the UK.
  • Engage with candidates throughout the recruitment lifecycle, ensuring a professional and seamless experience.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand client needs and deliver effectively on hiring targets.

Qualifications and Experience :

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in recruitment , ideally within Manufacturing, Pharma, or Life Sciences .
  • Demonstrated success in sourcing for roles such as Health & Safety Manager , Facilities Manager , MEP Estimator , and CSA Pre-Construction Manager .
  • International recruitment experience – preferably with clients in Ireland or the UK .
  • Ability to handle multiple role levels – from junior to executive-level placements.
  • Strong organisational and communication skills.
  • Must have access to a laptop and reliable internet connection to operate efficiently in a remote working environment.
  • Seniority level : Mid-Senior level
