Laser Cutting Machine Operator

Job Overview :

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Laser Cutting Machine Operator to join our manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining laser cutting machines to produce precision components based on technical drawings and specifications. If possible, Bevel Cutting will also be an advance if the operator can utilize.

Key Responsibilities :

• Machine Setup & Operation :

Set up and program laser cutting machines using appropriate programs, gases, nozzles, and fixtures for specific materials and job specifications.

Safely load and unload raw materials and finished parts.

Read and interpret blueprints, mechanical drawings, and technical documents to ensure precise cuts and part dimensions.

Perform in-process and final inspections using measuring tools (calipers, micrometers, etc.).

Conduct routine maintenance and cleaning of equipment.

Follow all workplace safety policies, procedures, and regulations.

Maintain accurate production logs, inspection records, and material usage reports.
