Delivery Consultant – Executive Search (SaaS, Cyber Security & Enterprise Software)

Join a high-growth UK-based executive search firm trusted by some of the world’s most innovative SaaS and digital consultancy brands. As a Delivery Consultant, you’ll play a pivotal role in identifying, mapping, and engaging top-tier commercial talent across global tech markets – from venture-backed startups to major public enterprises. This role is ideal for someone with strong recruitment experience in tech sales or marketing, who thrives on market research, candidate engagement, and high-impact hiring.

Key Responsibilities

  • Client Needs Analysis : Work closely with senior consultants to interpret client briefs, hiring needs, and candidate profiles.
  • Market Mapping & Research : Conduct deep-dive research into niche verticals across SaaS, cyber security, and enterprise software.
  • Talent Identification : Use LinkedIn Recruiter, CRM systems, headhunting techniques, and Boolean search to source high-quality candidates.
  • Candidate Engagement : Reach out via InMails, direct calls, and emails to approach, qualify, and assess passive and active talent.
  • Shortlisting : Present structured, high-quality shortlists tailored to the client’s specific growth stage (Seed, Series A / B, PE-backed, Scale-up, or Global Corp).
  • Candidate Management : Maintain long-term relationships, ensuring excellent communication and candidate experience.
  • Market Intelligence : Track emerging hiring trends, competitors, and salary benchmarking to guide search strategy.
  • Collaboration : Coordinate seamlessly with consultants and partners to ensure successful delivery across regions (40% USA, 40% Europe, 20% Asia).

Qualifications and Experience

  • 3-5 years’ experience in recruitment within executive search or technology / SaaS sales hiring .
  • Strong understanding of different organisational growth stages (Seed, Series A / B, PE-backed, Scale-up, Global).
  • Prior experience recruiting sales, GTM or marketing talent within SaaS, cyber security, or enterprise software industries.
  • Proficiency in using LinkedIn Recruiter , Boolean search , CRMs , and talent mapping tools.
  • A research-driven mindset with an analytical approach to sourcing and shortlisting.
  • Confident communicator with strong written and verbal English.
  • Must have a reliable internet connection and own laptop for remote work.
