Sales Executive – Recruitment Services (Commission only model)

Role Overview

We are looking for a motivated Sales Executive to generate new business and drive revenue growth for our agency. The ideal candidate is proactive, resourceful, and results-driven, with a proven ability to identify, reach, and close clients independently.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and reach out to potential clients that fit our target profile (details provided).
  • Develop and execute outreach strategies to engage decision-makers (via email, LinkedIn, cold calls, or any preferred method).
  • Present our recruitment services and value proposition to prospective clients.
  • Convert prospects into paying clients – target of 2–3 new clients per month.
  • Maintain a daily log of activities, leads, and progress in a shared Excel sheet.
  • Provide consistent updates and communication on sales pipeline and results.

Compensation

  • Commission ONLY! $400 commission per closed client (paid after client’s payment is received).
  • Flexible, results-based role with no fixed working hours – you manage your own schedule.

    • What We’re Looking For

  • Proven experience in sales, business development, or client acquisition (preferably B2B).
  • Strong communication and persuasion skills.
  • Ability to work independently with no supervision.
  • Familiarity with outreach tools (LinkedIn, email campaigns, CRM, etc.) is a plus.
  • Self-motivated, disciplined, and able to deliver results consistently.
