Job description

Key Responsibilities :

Provide expert advice on B-BBEE strategy and compliance.
Conduct gap analyses and assist with scorecard optimisation.
Prepare verification documentation and liaise with verification agencies.
Stay up to date with legislation and sector-specific charters.
Deliver workshops and client training sessions.

Requirements :

25 years of B-BBEE consulting or compliance experience.

Strong knowledge of B-BBEE Codes and sector charters.

Excellent analytical and communication skills.

Relevant tertiary qualification in Law, Commerce, HR, or similar.

Valid driver's license and own reliable car.
