Job description25 years of B-BBEE consulting or compliance experience. Strong knowledge of B-BBEE Codes and sector charters. Excellent analytical and communication skills. Relevant tertiary qualification in Law, Commerce, HR, or similar. Valid driver's license and own reliable car.
Key Responsibilities :
- Provide expert advice on B-BBEE strategy and compliance.
- Conduct gap analyses and assist with scorecard optimisation.
- Prepare verification documentation and liaise with verification agencies.
- Stay up to date with legislation and sector-specific charters.
- Deliver workshops and client training sessions.
