Job description

We are seeking a Client Manager & Growth Partner who blends strategic thinking with operational excellence. This is a high-impact, client-facing role designed for someone who thrives at the intersection of growth strategy, process optimization, and relationship building.

As a trusted advisor to founders and senior leaders, you will help shape scalable workforce strategies while ensuring seamless execution behind the scenes. You won’t just respond to hiring requests — you will challenge assumptions, identify smarter pathways to scale, and proactively design growth plans that drive long-term success.

Strategic Partnership & Advisory

  • Serve as a strategic thought partner to founders and senior leaders.
  • Lead forward-thinking conversations that shift focus from reactive hiring to intentional scaling.
  • Ask insightful questions, challenge assumptions, and guide clients toward sustainable growth decisions.

Growth Planning & Workforce Strategy

  • Research industries, markets, and company trajectories to identify growth opportunities.
  • Advise clients on organizational structure, role prioritization, and team build-outs.
  • Develop actionable 30-60-90 day growth plans with measurable milestones.
  • Operational Excellence & Execution

  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless implementation of growth initiatives.
  • Build and refine scalable processes that reduce inefficiencies and eliminate reactive workflows.
  • Identify automation opportunities and introduce systems that support long-term sustainability.
  • Account Expansion & Relationship Management

  • Strengthen client relationships by proactively introducing value-driven ideas and solutions.
  • Identify opportunities to expand partnerships through innovative workforce strategies.
  • Leverage professional networks to create new business opportunities and deepen existing engagements.
  • Requirements

  • Proven experience in growth strategy, client advisory, consulting, recruiting leadership, outsourcing, or partnership management.
  • Strong understanding of scaling teams, particularly within offshore or distributed workforce models.
  • Demonstrated ability to influence and engage senior executives and decision-makers.
  • Strategic mindset with the ability to translate long-term vision into practical execution plans.
  • Highly process-oriented with a strong appreciation for systems, automation, and operational efficiency.
  • Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Entrepreneurial spirit with a proactive, solution-focused approach to growth.
  • Minimum Technical and Work Environment Requirements :

  • Internet Connection :
  • Primary internet connection with a minimum speed of  15 Mbps .
  • Backup internet connection with at least  10 Mbps .
  • Backup connection must be capable of supporting work during a power outage.
  • Primary Device :
  • Desktop or laptop equipped with at least :
  • Intel Core i5 (8th generation or newer) ,  Intel Core i3 (10th generation or newer) ,  AMD Ryzen 5 , or an equivalent processor.
  • A minimum of  8 GB RAM .
  • Backup Device :
  • Must meet or exceed the performance of an  Intel Core i3  processor.
  • Must be functional during power interruptions.
  • A functioning  webcam .
  • A  noise-canceling USB headset .
  • A  quiet, dedicated home office space .
  • Peripherals and Workspace :  A  smartphone  for communication and verification purposes.
