Were looking for a strategic yet hands-on HR Manager to shape and grow our people function across three countries. Youll support a workforce of 1,200+, build strong union relationships, and lead initiatives that drive culture, compliance, and performance.

What were looking for :
Bachelors Degree in Human Resources or related field.5+ years of HR experience, at least 2 of which were in a management position.Strong knowledge of labour laws, union dynamics and dispute resolution.Sound knowledge of Sage 300.Ability to implement systems and procedures.Experience to mining / motor industry is advantageous.Exposure to Zambia / Botswana cross-border HR / IR operations is a huge plus.If youre ready to make an impact with both head and heart, wed love to hear from you.
