Job descriptionSource high-quality candidates using LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and other creative channels. Interpret job specifications accurately and match candidates effectively to client requirements. Conduct professional, structured virtual interviews with shortlisted candidates. Provide consistent updates and feedback to the recruitment team. Maintain a high level of candidate and client professionalism at all times. Proven experience in recruitment, with strong headhunting and candidate sourcing skills. Engineering and technical recruitment experience is essential. Ability to read and understand technical job specs and assess candidate suitability accordingly. Confident using LinkedIn Recruiter and other online sourcing tools. Reliable internet connection, smartphone and a laptop Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and professional in approach.
Job Title : Virtual Recruiter
Location : Remote
Contract Type : Commission-Based for 3 months. After three months basic +Commission
