Senior Restaurant Manager

Minimum requirements :

• 5+ Years proven managerial experience within the hospitality / restaurant industry
• Excellent understanding of financials such as gross profit, COGS and inventory control
• Knowledge of POS and restaurant software
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Able to multi-task between the restaurant and organised events
• Detail-orientated and strong analytical skills
• willing to work shifts, weekends and public holidays
• Able to start as soon as possible
