We are seeking an Expert Talent and Sourcing Specialist to implement our talent and sourcing strategies, directly contributing to the achievement of our strategic objectives. This is a senior role requiring autonomy, business acumen, and a deep understanding of the corporate environment.
3‑month contract (from 1 November 2025 – 31 January 2026).
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the entire talent pipeline and embed talent management practices.
- Strategic Sourcing : Identify and source middle and senior management and specialist skills within Clusters.
- End‑to‑End Recruitment : Own and manage the complete recruitment and selection process, including managing recruitment costs and psychometric assessments.
- Talent Management : Manage the talent review process and projects, tailor talent systems to Cluster strategy, and coordinate group‑wide Talent Management initiatives.
- Stakeholder Influence : Influence the recruitment process by setting clear expectations with hiring managers and advising stakeholders on market remuneration packages.
- Risk & Compliance : Ensure compliance with the company's transformational goals and mitigate risk.
- Pipeline Development : Acquire and maintain a qualified talent pipeline for current and future vacancies.
Requirements
8–10 years’ experience in recruitment (Corporate or Agency environment).Advanced Diplomas / National 1st Degrees (NQF Level).Strong knowledge in Recruitment & selection, Talent Management, Data analysis, Governance, Risk and Controls, and relevant industry trends.Proven ability in building partnerships, decision making, and planning & organizing.#J-18808-Ljbffr
