DUTIES :
Capture and process orders received from the customer relationship managersBuild positive relationships with customersProvide a centralised point of contact regarding customer ordersDaily interface with the sales team regarding new ordersDaily communication with transport planners to schedule priority ordersUtilise the transport management system (TMS) for updates on customer order statusManage walk-in customers and cash sales.To manage the end-to-end process of all related complaintsTo ensure complaint resolutions are reached within agreed timeframesHandling calls to resolutionAccurately record all customer complaintsMonitor customer accounts and activity and follow upAdhere to the company’s safety standards
