Job Description

We are seeking an enthusiastic and driven Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM Functional Consultant (E0) to join our growing Digital team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone early in their Dynamics 365 career, looking to expand their experience across functional and technical areas of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (F&O).

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the implementation, customization, and optimization of Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O modules.
  • Collaborate with business users and analysts to define and document functional requirements.
  • Conduct fit-gap analysis and propose scalable solutions aligned with business objectives.
  • Perform configurations, minor customizations, and participate in X++ development efforts.
  • Participate in testing, training, and deployment phases of D365 solutions.
  • Assist in managing environments using LCS and ensure smooth release management through DevOps.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to support data migration, integration, and reporting initiatives.

Requirements

Must-Have Skills

  • Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O modules, especially Finance, Supply Chain, and Procurement.
  • Proficiency in X++ development and customizations.
  • Solid understanding of D365 data models, workflows, and standard business processes.
  • Experience with requirement gathering, gap analysis, and writing functional documentation.
  • Ability to configure and customize D365 F&O to meet evolving business needs.
  • Familiarity with Lifecycle Services (LCS), Azure DevOps, and version control systems.
  • Strong debugging and problem-solving abilities across both functional and technical areas.
  • Good-to-Have Skills

  • Exposure to Microsoft Power Platform – especially Power BI and Power Automate.
  • Understanding of CI / CD practices using Azure DevOps pipelines.
  • Experience with Data Management Framework (DMF) for data migration.
  • Knowledge of integrating D365 with external systems using OData, REST APIs, or custom services.
  • Microsoft certifications in Dynamics 365 F&O or related modules.
  • Familiarity with localization and compliance requirements in African markets.
