At Mysoft, we’re looking for a dedicated Sage X3 Support Consultant to join our team, depending on your level of experience. You’ll play a key role in supporting our customers by resolving issues with Sage X3 ERP, Sage Intacct, and Mysoft’s proprietary X3CloudDocs solution and plugins. This is an exciting opportunity to work with cutting‑edge software while growing your skills in a supportive, hybrid working environment.

What you’ll be doing

  • Accurately assess customer issues and business impact, assigning appropriate priority levels.
  • Demonstrate strong call management skills, handling quick wins, urgent issues, and ongoing reprioritisation.
  • Record details, accurate information, and track all support calls from initiation to resolution.
  • Own each case fully, coordinating with colleagues, third parties, and customers to ensure timely outcomes.
  • Provide clear documentation of issues and their resolutions to support future problem‑solving efforts.
  • Identify and address recurring issues, collaborating with the team to implement lasting solutions.
  • Exercise commercial awareness, recognising and progressing opportunities with professionalism.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service, fostering loyalty, advocacy, and business growth.

What we're looking for

  • Strong expertise in software testing, troubleshooting, and quality assurance.
  • Hands‑on experience with ERP systems, ideally Sage X3.
  • Solid understanding of manufacturing and distribution business processes.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel (intermediate level) and other MS Office applications.
  • Demonstrate methodical problem‑solving and a high attention to detail.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to simplify technical concepts for users.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, consistently going the extra mile to support users, showing empathy and professionalism under pressure.
  • Strong time‑management and prioritisation skills, effective under tight deadlines.
  • Works well independently and collaboratively, sharing knowledge and solutions.
  • Committed to continuous learning and expanding product knowledge, certification in software quality analysis is preferred.

    Applicants must possess the required work permit, visa or immigration document to work in South Africa on an unrestricted basis and be able to travel to the UK for induction training, and attend periodic business visits to the UK.
