Responsibilities

  • Manage StoneX B2B campaigns, covering Brand & Performance Campaigns, plan and execute digital and non‑digital campaigns and optimize performance.
  • Support the implementation of 3rd‑party advertising technology and tracking.
  • Ensure media spend is optimized to meet KPIs and targets.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders in head office and globally to resonate campaigns locally.
  • Manage relationships with direct media owners and negotiate rates.
  • Create processes and best‑practice documents for uniform account structure globally.
  • Maintain accounts authorized under media owners’ advertising policies for speculative financial products.
  • Communicate daily with internal stakeholders and manage reporting.
  • Accurately manage spend and budgets while adhering to StoneX finance process.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 4+ years in display & social advertising.
  • Expertise in programmatic and direct media buying, bidding strategies, optimization, testing and account management.
  • Experience with PMP and PG within programmatic platforms.
  • Experience with multiple ad formats in programmatic (e.g., Digital Out‑of‑Home, Connected TV).
  • Experience managing paid campaigns on Twitter and Facebook.
  • Strong project management, multitasking and decision‑making skills.
  • Experience dealing directly with budget holders.
  • Strong presentation skills and ability to explain digital strategy to budget holders.
  • Understanding of integration of display & paid social with other digital and offline channels.
  • Experience in both direct response and brand campaigns.
  • Proven track record of increasing return from advertising spend across Display & Paid Social.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
  • Intermediate Google Analytics skills.
  • Comfortable with data‑management platforms (DMP).

  • Previous experience within the forex, CFD or other regulated industry.
  • Education / Certification Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree minimum.
