Budgeting and Forecasting
Develop and manage annual budgets and financial forecastsTrack performance against budget and conduct variance analysisRecommend improvements and cost controlsCash Flow
Weekly local cash flow updatesAssist in pulling required information for the CFO to update cash flow spreadsheets / forecastsFinancial Control and Governance

Check and supervise the salary run on Sage PremierOversight and checks on the preparation of payroll schedules including Commissions, Incentives, Fuel Costs, Monthly payroll reporting and overall payroll accountabilityManage annual processes including
Increase proposalsMonthly and annual incentivesManager incentive tracking and reportingManage salary levels / benchmarking to ensure internal parity and retentionPAYE monthly submissions / EMP501 submissionsUIF DeclarationsProvident Fund monthly submissions and managementPayments
Check daily payments for releaseEnsure bank details are correctEnsure payments are signed off by relevant managerProcess drawdowns with Investec when requiredMonitor the balance in the current account and top up when requiredCheck month end creditor and non-creditor paymentsEnsure they are loaded correctly on the bank before approvalLoading of foreign payments ready for releaseSubmission of the related SAD500s to Investec for clearance of the foreign payments#J-18808-Ljbffr
