Job descriptionSetup continuous improvement methodology in the business Setup quality metrics and monitoring systems Implement TQM processes Drive Lean, Continuous Improvement and “right first time” Initiatives Reduce defect rates and defect causes Improve quality while reducing manufacturing costs Drive quality as a culture throughout the business Driving significant Improvements in Efficiency Implement existing efficiency improvement plansIntroduce new improvement plans to complement existing plans Introduce new ideas on how the business can be more effective 5+ years experience in the Lean Manufacturing, TQM and similar philosophies. Specifically applied to manufacturing Degree in Industrial Engineering or Quality (BSC or Btech) Proven track record of efficiency improvements, cost saving and quality enhancement (we will check references) Strong interpersonal skills Action orientated Analytical thinker Innovator Improvement Driven Strong leadership skills – Leads as a member of the team Strong interpersonal skills Strong communication skills to all levels from senior management to blue collar workers Natural coach and mentor Strong project management and facilitation skills Success orientated Abrasive Emotionally cold Focuses on numbers and forgets about people Introverted – Not a people person Wants to be spoon fed Lethargic Confined to Analysis-Paralysis Moderate Driver – Results Orientated Go-getter.
