Duties And Responsibilities
Increase the sales, profits and market share of the Company
Achieve commission targets
Ensure that productivity / activity targets are achieved
Ensure excellent customer service
Ensure brand dominance and increase market share growth
Draft and deliver proposals, prepare costings and create client propositions in conjunction with the Managing Director and / or Head of Sales
Ensure that all sales are achieved in an ethical manner
Ensure that completed daily weekly and / or monthly reports are submitted to the Managing Director
Ensure that all required paperwork pertaining to a new contract is completed correctly and sent to the relevant departments for processing
Ensure that the client is aware of Company procedures to ensure timeous payment of workers and our invoices
Ensure that the operational hand over is done correctly, so that contract workers and clients’ needs are met
Liaise with Debtors Department in terms of outstanding monies / account queries and follow up with client to ensure payment is received as and when required
Attend sales meetings as and when required
Ensure that assistance is provided to junior staff as and when required
Ensure that staff reporting into the role are trained and appraised adequately
Keep well informed on all current affairs, relevant legislation, policies and processes
Develop new markets in Renewable Energy, Mining and Engineering.
Requirements
Matric or a relevant tertiary qualification
At least 5 years’ sales experience with a proven sales track record, within the TES industry
Excellent knowledge of interpretation of technical job specifications
Valid driver’s license and own reliable vehicle
Excellent Communication skills in English and Afrikaans (Both written and verbal)
Good grasp of mathematical concepts
Public speaking ability
Excellent presentation skills
Sales hunter personality
Excellent negotiation skills
Computer literate (MS Office)
Valid passport
Willing to travel locally and internationally as and when required
