Role Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Administration Manager to oversee and streamline the client's administrative and operational functions. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring efficient office management, maintaining compliance with company policies and legal standards, and supporting executive-level coordination.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and optimize day-to-day administrative operations and office systems.
 - Monitor departmental budgets, control expenditures, and assist with financial planning.
 - Maintain accurate documentation, filing systems, and data protection compliance.
 - Ensure adherence to legal and regulatory requirements; prepare reports for senior management.
 - Support cross-departmental projects by managing timelines, resources, and communication.
 - Develop, implement, and enforce administrative policies and procedures.
 - Coordinate calendars, meetings, and appointments for senior management.
 - Arrange travel logistics, including itineraries and accommodation.
 - Handle confidential and sensitive information with the utmost discretion.
 
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor's degree or diploma in Administration, Management, or a related field.Minimum of 3–5 years' experience in administrative or operations management.Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Proven ability to work independently and within a team environment.Experience or knowledge of the steel industry or similar sector will be an advantage.Must have a reliable vehicle and valid driver\'s license.Available to start immediatelySalary R22 000 CTC PMIs this job a match or a miss?
