We are looking for a German-speaking Customer Service Consultant to join our on-site team in Umhlanga. This role is ideal for customer-focused professionals who enjoy problem-solving clear communication and working in a fast-paced international environment.

Youll be supporting customers through various channels ensuring a high-quality service experience while representing a globally recognized organization.

What Youll Do

• Handle customer inquiries professionally and efficiently in German

• Communicate internally in English with team members and supervisors

• Resolve customer issues with empathy accuracy and attention to detail
• Navigate customer support systems and document interactions correctly

• Meet service quality productivity and compliance standards

• Work rotational shifts in a 24/7 operation including weekends when required

What Were Looking For

• German language proficiency (B2C2) written and spoken

• Good command of English for internal communication

• Matric / Grade 12 qualification (essential)

• Customer service or call centre experience is advantageous (retail experience is also a plus)

• Strong communication and problem-solving skills

• Ability to work in a fast-paced customer-focused environment

• Comfortable with rotational shifts

• Basic computer skills and confidence using support tools
