About the Role

NEXT Events & Festivals runs large-scale lifestyle and sports events across South Africa. We’re looking for confident, presentable sales partners to secure sponsors, partners, and exhibitors for our national events platform. If you enjoy building business relationships and working independently, this offers meaningful long-term earning potential.

What You’ll Do

  • Research and approach potential sponsors, partners, and exhibitors by phone, email, and LinkedIn.
  • Manage your own pipeline, log every lead and deal in our database for commission tracking, and maintain clear and professional communication in both English and Afrikaans.
  • Use your own laptop and phone, and travel for meetings when it helps close a deal.

What We’re Looking For

  • Strong communication and people skills, professional presentation, and self-management.
  • Bilingual in English and Afrikaans, spoken and written.
  • Comfortable prospecting, following up, and closing.
  • Willingness to travel is helpful but not required.
  • Earnings

  • 10% commission on cash sponsorships and exhibitor deals.
  • Non-cash value (sponsored goods, equipment, or multi-year packages) is commissionable on agreed terms based on verified value.
  • High-value wins may lead to a permanent salary-plus-commission role at NEXT Events.
  • Commission is paid on cleared funds and signed agreements recorded in our system.
  • Tools Required

  • Your own laptop and phone. Internet access suitable for calls and video meetings.
