Overview

Coordinator : Stellenbosch University Choir (Post Level 9) at Stellenbosch University – three-year full-time fixed-term appointment (Stellenbosch Campus). Ref. ASI / 273 / 1025.

The Stellenbosch University Choir (SUC) is managed within the Division for Social Impact and Transformation. The SUC is one of the top performing and celebrated amateur choirs in the world.

Duties

• Providing direct support to the SU Choir conductor.
• Providing direct support to the student representative committee of the SU Choir.
• Managing the day-to-day communication with choristers.
• Managing bookings and venue arrangements on behalf of the SU Choir.
• Compiling the annual events calendar for the choir.
• Taking responsibility for planning, organising and coordinating local and national events on behalf of the SU Choir.
• Taking primary responsibility for planning, organising and coordinating international tours on behalf of the SU Choir.
• Managing the annual budget of the SU Choir.
