Must have worked as Conveyancer for at least three years
Experience in Sectional Title and full title transfers
Able to work independently, experience with Estates will be advantageous
LLB Degree
Admissions Certificate for attorney, conveyancer and notary advantages
Microsoft Office, Excel, Word and Conveyancing Software -
Lexis Nexis and E4
Must have ability to read and interpret legal and business correspondence
Deal with client queries related to property registration
Knowledge of conveyancing legal acronym and legal jargon is essential / In depth knowledge of property and conveyancing law / In depth knowledge of Sectional Title processes.
Knowledge of legislative requirements as it relates to Conveyancing such as Contract law and Deeds processes
Be prepared to futurisically manage Conveyancing Secretaries in the execution of their duties
