About the Role

We are on the lookout for a dynamic sales professional based in Queenstown to join our team. If you’re driven to hunt down new business and eager to make a mark, this is the role for you!

As a Building Consultant, you’ll be instrumental in selling our top-quality, affordable homes to prospective clients. You will be driven to grow Classic Builders presence in Queenstown and won’t just wait for leads to come in—you’ll proactively seek out new opportunities, qualify leads, and build lasting relationships with clients.

With our main office being in Queenstown, you will play a key role in our regional growth in Otago. This is an Independent Contractor position with a competitive commission structure and uncapped earning potential. A monthly retainer may be provided for the first three months on negotiation.

Qualifications

  • Sales Experience : Proven experience, ideally in new home sales, though a strong, enthusiastic attitude is equally valued. An understanding of the Design and Build process is ideal.
  • Hunger and Drive : A proactive, self‑starter who is eager to get out there, network, and drive sales.
  • Exceptional Communication : Strong relationship‑building skills and brings a great approach to client interactions.
  • Tech‑Savvy : Ability to quickly learn and effectively use our in‑house systems.
  • Local to Queenstown : Local knowledge and community connections.
