Duties & Responsibilities

Role Overview : As a CLO / PRO, you'll play a pivotal role in supporting the Conveyancing department by liaising with Estate Agents throughout the conveyancing process and actively engaging in new business development initiatives.

Key Responsibilities :

• Collaborate closely with the Conveyancing department to facilitate smooth transactions.
• Cultivate and nurture relationships with Estate Agents to ensure seamless cooperation.
• Drive new business development efforts to expand our client base and enhance revenue streams.

Requirements :

Additional Information : This role entails significant fieldwork, with the majority of your time spent visiting Estate Agents to foster relationships and provide support with conveyancing matters.
