Key Responsibilities :
- Greet customers and provide friendly and efficient service at the cash register onboard a cruise ship
- Process cash, credit, and debit card transactions accurately and efficiently
- Maintain a clean and organized cash register area
- Ensure correct pricing and product information is displayed at all times
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a professional manner
- Monitor inventory levels and assist with restocking when necessary
- Follow all cash handling procedures and security measures to prevent theft and discrepancies
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure a positive and efficient shopping experience for customers
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures
