Position Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented, proactive, and highly organized Project Manager to join our remote team. You will play a critical role in supporting and improving the efficiency of our day-to-day operations, working closely with cross‑functional teams to ensure smooth execution across business processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the daily operational functions of the business, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Maintain and improve internal systems and workflows to drive efficiency.
• Collaborate with various departments (e.g., Sales, Customer Success, Finance) to streamline handoffs and ensure process alignment.
• Monitor key metrics and generate regular reports to help leadership make informed decisions.
• Assist in onboarding new team members, clients, or vendors by setting up processes and ensuring documentation is complete.
• Identify process bottlenecks and suggest solutions to improve operations.
• Handle administrative tasks as needed to support the broader operations team.
