Position : Guest Experience Manager

Were looking for a high-energy, detail-obsessed, guest-focused professional with a strong Food & Beverage background. Youll be the heartbeat of our guest journey curating, coordinating, and elevating every moment from check-in to farewell.

What Youll Be Doing

  • Oversee and enhance the entire guest experience across all touchpoints.
  • Collaborate with F&B, housekeeping, activities, and front-of-house teams to ensure seamless service.
  • Curate unique moments think surprise sundowners, personalised dining, and special-occasion magic.
  • Train and inspire your team to deliver exceptional, intuitive hospitality.
  • Handle guest feedback with grace, speed, and a solutions-focused mindset.
  • Maintain standards of excellence in both service and presentation across the property.

  • A motivated, well-trained team delivering consistently flawless service.

    • What You Bring

  • MUST have a solid Food & Beverage background luxury lodge, boutique hotel, or fine dining experience preferred.
  • A flair for creativity and personalisation in guest experiences.
  • Confidence under pressure and a natural ability to think on your feet.
  • Leadership skills that inspire trust, respect, and top performance.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • A passion for creating "wow" moments.
