BOILER HOUSE FOREMAN - FMCG / Paper&Pulp or Manufacturing Industry experience

Duties and Qualifications :

  • Matric with Technical Trade
  • Minimum 5 Year's experience in BOILER

OPERATIONS & SUPERVISORY ROLE

  • Strong knowledge of STEAM SYSTEMS, WATER

    • TREATMENT

  • Experience with CMMS - An Advantage
  • Physically Fit
  • Supervise and coordinate the operation, maintenance, and repair of boiler systems.
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations.
  • Assign and prioritize work orders to team members.
  • Train and mentor staff on proper boiler operation and maintenance procedures.
  • Monitor boiler performance and implement improvements as needed.
  • Maintain accurate records of equipment performance and maintenance activities
