Responsibilities
Act as the trusted Microsoft advisor for the team, providing thought leadership and educating the team on best practices.Guide stakeholders through their Microsoft journey and ensure the successful delivery of impactful solutions.Collaborate with Product Owners and Business Analysts to ensure business needs are met with the right solution.Collaborate with technical teams to translate business requirements into technical specifications.Design and implement optimized business processes leveraging Microsoft’s functionalities.Build and optimise automated workflows.Lead problem‑solving initiatives and drive innovation across the team.Drive business transformation and the adaptability of the D365 platform.Deliver tailored solutions that maximise the value of D365, while balancing standard out‑of‑the‑box capabilities.Ensure any custom‑built functionality is cost‑effective and scalable.Share your knowledge about the Microsoft platform to help other team members upskill.Use data from the platform to improve business processes and operational efficiencies.Work as part of an Agile Development team.Qualifications
Experience & Knowledge5+ years in the Microsoft ecosystem.
Comprehensive understanding of the Dynamics 365 platform, with deep knowledge of core concepts, features, and functionality.Expertise in Microsoft best practices.Extensive experience leading and managing Microsoft implementations and projects.Proven track record of delivering successful Microsoft projects to the highest standards of quality.Skills & CompetenciesA strategic thinker and problem‑solver.
Ability to understand complex business needs and develop innovative solutions.Ability to identify and resolve Microsoft issues quickly and effectively.Trusted advisor and mentor who is passionate about sharing knowledge.Proven ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.Technical SkillsValidated advanced configuration and administration skills.
