BOOKKEEPER EXPERIENCED

BOOKKEEPER (EXPERIENCED) / EAST LONDON – Our Client is looking for a young, dynamic Bookkeeper with strong attention to detail and a passion for numbers to join their team. Prior experience working in a law firm environment, and using Ghost practice (Ghostwriter) or similar legal accounting systems will be an added advantage.

Requirements :

Matric (Grade 12) required; Bookkeeping or Accounting qualification preferred.

Minimum 2 years’ bookkeeping experience, preferably within a law firm.

Experience with GhostPractice (Ghostwriter) or other legal accounting systems highly advantageous.

Strong knowledge of trust and business account reconciliations .

Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and accounting software.

Excellent numerical accuracy, attention to detail, and organisational skills.

Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Professional communication skills and integrity when handling confidential information.
